We offer three types of services, but if you are going abroad or you want to “AVOID THE NIGHTMARE” why not change from Letting Only to Fully Managed.

  • Subsequent rental collection – we take management fee from collected rents so in our interest to get that rent paid on time
  • Arrears chasing if applicable – our software program keeps a close eye on all tenants

  • Regular Property Inspections and reporting to both landlord and tenant
  • Arranging all statutory and advisory safety checks

  • Deposit release and if deductions required, administering this even if it goes to dispute

* three months free management from date of engagement by way of agency agreement signed and for a minimum of twelve month period. Stuarts Property Services reserve the right to invoice the equivalent management fee for the remaining period if service is cancelled within this period at a set management fee of 11%+vat (13.2% inclusive of vat) from monthly rental amount for the remaining period of contract.
