We wanted to emphasise that we really do put our heart into the community as well as to our clients. We believe we are successful at showing we care and so do our customers. Our Google Reviews do our talking for us and we are really trying to establish ourselves for what we are, the best in the area. In a recent survey, 92% of young people aged 18 – 34 years old, read online reviews.
For the lovers of stats, here’s some more:
- 84% of people trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation.
- 90% of consumers read less than 10 reviews before forming an opinion about a business.
- 74% of consumers say that positive reviews make them trust a local business more.
- 58% of consumers say that the star rating of a business is most important.
With such trust put in other people’s opinion’s, and rightly so due to former customers having the best knowledge of previous experience, online reviews are becoming, evidently, an increasingly reliable source for the rundown on businesses. Therefore we believe obtaining an honest and genuine review from as many customers as we can, will only help to increase the trust put in us by potential clients and customers alike.
