We’re proud to be one of the 3,000 professional lettings agents across the UK who are uniting for SafeAgent Awareness Week, 17-21 June 2019. Now in its eighth year, SafeAgent Awareness Week celebrates professional agents operating in the Private Rented Sector.
It is now mandatory for all letting and management agents to have Client Money Protection to ensure that landlords and tenants’ money is fully protected.
Although Client Money Protection has now been made Mandatory, Stuarts have had this measure in place for many years in order to ensure the safety of our clients’ money. Instilling the qualities of Stuarts: Trustworthy, Reputable, Family-run Agents.
