Apprenticeship for Olivia, Welcomed by Lewis Hamilton
Lewis Hamilton is welcoming Olivia Hayes to a new apprenticeship to work alongside him within the Stuarts Property Services team!
He will be helping her race ahead with learning all the tricks to be a no.1 letting agent!
Olivia is doing her Level 2 Business administration apprenticeship through Damar Training and plans to continue her training to reach the highest possible qualification. Olivia is quickly learning there is so much work that goes in to this business, for example inventories which Margaret Griffiths, our inventory administrator, trained Olivia how to do. Marketing, where Amanda Adams showed her how this done for example photo taking of properties, writing captivating descriptions, using statistics to track how properties are doing and the standard operating procedure taught by Clare, teaching Olivia how things need to be done, for example using the systems, learning about legislation and regulations tied to letting agencies, following procedures to ensure work is standardised and completed to the highest level.
Lewis recently achieved a highly commended award from Damar Training (also his past apprenticeship provider) for his efforts and amazing achievements whilst being here at Stuarts.
He excelled above and beyond completing his apprenticeship is a speedy six months, overtaking and in to the fast lane!! Lewis is continuing to show his dedication and hard work with in the business as well as offering support and help whenever someone asks. Lewis also took on the role of training Olivia on going out to properties to take detailed descriptions and photos ready for marketing when back at the office.
