Colin Hayes

MD: – Valuations, Property Management and Legal issues

Colin is co-owner and Managing Director of Stuarts. Overseeing all of the legal aspects of the business as well as being the face of the company, Colin has continuously built excellent relationships with all of our clients and has over 30 years of experience in the industry. With knowledge of all aspects of the business, Colin is often the ‘go-to’ man for any queries regarding letting and property management. Colin is a driven individual with a strong belief in honest, plain-talking; effective management of property, Colin has brought together a team of staff with the same ethos who can deliver his vision for constant improvement and wealth creation for customers.

Clare Hayes

Co Secretary:- Accounts and Administration

Clare is co-owner of the company and company secretary, married to Colin for 21 years she has worked at Stuarts for 17 years. Clare regards herself as a good administrator and placing great emphasis on customer service, she has established great relationships with many landlords and tenants over the years, looking after their properties and finances with great affection. Clare has a ‘can do’ attitude and trains the staff to mirror this ethos within the company. Her charity work is her passion outside of work and she is an ambassador of CRUK having been gifted the Flame of Hope award for her efforts. Clare always strives to improve the business by developing and implementing new systems and procedures that keep Stuarts one step ahead within the industry.

Amanda Adams

Office Manager & Accounts Administrator

Amanda is the most loyal member of Stuarts that we could have wished for. Amanda started in the marketing department working part-time whilst raising her children and now works as Office and Accounts manager at Stuarts.  Amanda is our dedicated vice-captain when Colin and Clare are absent and she has an exceptional impact on the business now and over the past 16 years of service. Working alongside Clare in the Accounts and Administration department, she constantly looks to develop and improve all aspects of the business whether this is assisting with the marketing team, training staff or implementing new procedures to ensure better service to our clientele. Amanda is well renowned for her impeccable attention to detail and consistently high standards.

Olivia Hayes

Lettings Negotiator

Olivia is keeping things in the family as she is the daughter of Colin and Clare. She has soon developed a passion for the industry and is dedicated to the Stuarts ethos of honesty and good service. Olivia started as a full-time apprentice with Stuarts in 2018 and passed the qualification with distinction. Olivia is now a full time employee and endeavours to learn as much as possible about the industry. Olivia is keen to learn and develop, and she is an asset to our team. Olivia’s main role within the business will be to develop marketing and advertising.

Adele Booth

Letting Negotiator

Adele comes with 14 years property experience. Besides her love of property Adele has a degree in illustration and so has a keen eye for creativity. Outside of the working environment, she loves her family life – being married, having two children and a dog her evenings and weekends consist of walking, bike riding, swimming and many other family activities

Julie Hill

Office Administrator

Having worked in retail for over 25 years and taking a year out after redundancy Julie decided to get back in to the working world. Julie is married with two grown up boys, enjoys spending time with her family and bike riding. Julie is looking forward to being a big help to Clare, Amanda and the team! Stuarts are delighted to welcome Julie to the Stuarts team and hope she enjoys her role within the office.

Mark Brown


Mark joined the Stuarts team as our in-house maintenance man. He works on a Tuesday and a Wednesday doing day to day repairs for our tenants. If you have a repair that needs attention please call or email any member of staff on 01614911411 or
