Colin Hayes
Director
Colin is our Managing Director of Stuarts. What Colin doesn’t know or hasn’t seen isn’t worth it! He often says he should write a book, but where would he start? It would certainly be a comical read I’m sure! He has over 35 years in the industry and was a time served plasterer before that. Colin’s knowledge and experience within the industry gives Stuarts the upper hand of being able to mediate a variety of scenarios that renting and letting property brings in the 21st Century. Colin has continuously built excellent relationships with all of our clients and is a driven individual with a strong belief in honest, plain talking; effective management of property, Colin has brought together a team of staff with the same ethos who can deliver his vision for constant improvement and wealth creation for customers.
Clare Hayes
Director and Company Secretary
Clare is also a director of the company and company secretary. She has been married to Colin for 24 years and has worked at Stuarts for 20 years. Clare places great emphasis on customer service and solid procedures and always strives to improve the services that Stuarts offers to keep Stuarts a step ahead within the industry. In 2021 Clare gained her SafeAgent Accredited status which she achieved after months of studying property letting and management again to be ahead of industry standards before making it mandatory. Clare loves chatting with landlords and tenants alike, and enjoys problem solving where needed. She prides herself on her integrity, honesty and hard work and has established great relationships with many landlords and tenants over the years, looking after their properties and finances. Clare has a ‘can do’ attitude and trains the staff to mirror this ethos within the company
Amanda Adams
Office Manager
Amanda is the most loyal member of Stuarts that we could have wished for. Amanda started in the marketing department working part-time whilst raising her children and is now office manager at Stuarts primarily leading the marketing department and driving it forward to let properties quickly, efficiently and to the right people. Her attention to detail and ‘sixth sense’ has protected many a landlord over the years and this is down to her questioning mind which is an absolute asset to her. Amanda has a wealth of knowledge within the industry and has an acute eye for detail. Amanda has been with Stuarts for 18+years and really is a valued member of our team. She is known as ‘second mum’ to the directors children and really is regarded as part of our family.
Olivia Hayes

Olivia joined Stuarts in 2018 and is the daughter of Colin and Clare. What an asset she has become; her passion for the industry and her dedication to Stuarts is second to none and she reflects the ethos of Stuarts in her everyday dealings with all customers. Olivia excels in customer service and her honesty and enthusiasm ensures that clients are happy. Olivia is keen to learn more and is in the midst of taking her property exams to ensure that she is ahead of the requirement to make this mandatory in the industry. Olivia is a keen learner and is working herself around each department within the company to ensure that she has an excellent overview of the company as a whole (in readiness for the old parents to retire is the future plan!!)
Jack Hayes

Jack is the son of Colin and Clare, and joined the business part time in 2014 and full time in 2021 having trialled other working environments and travelling gaining life experiences along the way. Jack has a natural ability to connect with people and his character suits both landlords and tenants to find the perfect balance of a working relationship. Jack has soon become the face of the company and prides himself on being a problem solver in his professional capacity. Jack too has taken it upon himself to achieve his SafeAgent accreditation award ahead of the government possibly making it mandatory and is now studying hard to achieve this goal.
Maddy Hibbert
Maddy joined Stuarts in February 2024. Following on from Sixth Form and the completion of her A-Levels Maddy went on to gain administration skills in both the NHS and the Ventilation / Insulation Sector. Maddy loves nothing more than helping others and along with her skill set is committed to Stuarts, ensuring you receive excellent customer service and a helping hand! Maddy is keen to learn more about the Property Industry and will continue to develop new skills. In Maddy’s free time she enjoys spending time and making memories with family and friends. She is also a qualified PADI Scuba Diver and enjoys going diving with her dad who previously worked as a scuba diver and taught Maddy.

Ken is our part time maintenance operator who we employ to attend to small repairs where appropriate.
